Below are our terms and conditions, which will apply to the use of the
Ibbidi-bobbidi-boo website and by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
Please note, these “ conditions ” can change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. Shipping Policy

Payment - We accept payment via PAYPAL
Delivery is charged at £3.99 (includes nice packaging!)
The delivery charge is per order regardless of the number of items ordered.
Delivery can be made to any mainland UK destination.
We will despatch your order as soon as possible.
Delivery will be made either by Royal Mail or a courier company, depending on the size/weight/value of your order.
Although most of our orders will be received within a few days - please allow 10 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out - therefore each item should reach you in 'tip top' condition. If however, you are not satisfied with your order for any reason return it to us UNWORN along with the original, packaging, within 14 days and we will either exchange or give you a full refund of the value of the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. When returning please ensure you obtain adequate cover for the goods and proof of posting as we can not refund against a missing item.

If you wish to return your item in person please be aware that your refund will be dealt with by our Mail Order Department via Paypal NOT in-shop.

All items pictured have been done so to our best ability, but due to monitor colour contrasts etc, elements may vary slightly to that image displayed on your screen - this should be minimal.
We will NOT pass on your personal telephone number, e-mail address or any personal details to any third party We will NEVER ask for personal details via email.
